Ladle into bowls and top with cabbage, radish, avocado, coriander and a lime wedge.
Tips

- Gentle heat only, so the broth stays smooth.
- A scatter of toasted pumpkin seeds on top adds crunch.
Storing and freezing
Best eaten the day it is made. Keep leftovers in the fridge for 1 day and reheat gently until steaming hot, without boiling.
Questions
Can I use cooked prawns?
Yes, but add them in the last 2 minutes just to heat through, because they are already cooked and will go tough.
Can I use frozen prawns?
Yes. Defrost them completely in the fridge and pat dry before adding.
Does this contain shellfish?
Yes, it contains prawns, so it is not suitable for anyone with a shellfish allergy.
