ForkedUp is a plain UK recipe site. Each recipe is the dish name, the ingredients and how to cook it. No pop-ups, no life stories.

Measures

Recipes are written in grams, millilitres and degrees Celsius with the fan temperature. The switch at the top of every page also shows US cups and imperial ounces, and oven temperatures to match.

Costs

The cost per portion is a rough guide based on typical UK supermarket prices. It is an estimate, not a live price.

Shopping lists

Tick the ingredients you need, pick Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda, Morrisons, Ocado or Aldi, and each item opens that shop's own search. Supermarkets do not let other sites fill a basket, so we do not pretend to.

Pictures

Dish pictures are made by AI and labelled as AI pictures.
