4 tbspplain flour
3 tbspcaster sugar
2 tbspcocoa powder
½ tspbaking powder
4 tbspmilk
2 tbspsunflower oil
1egg
2 tbspchocolate chips

Method

Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa and baking powder in a large mug.

Add the egg, milk and oil and stir until smooth. Stir in half the chocolate chips.

Scatter the rest of the chips on top.

Microwave on high for 70 to 90 seconds until risen and just set.
