½ tspbaking powder
3 tbspmilk

Method

Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa and baking powder in a large mug.

Add the milk, oil and egg yolk and beat with a fork until smooth.

Push the chopped chocolate into the middle of the batter.

Microwave on high for 1 minute 30 seconds. The top should look set and the cake should smell rich and chocolatey.
