Pizza Pasta Bake

Heat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan). Cook the fusilli in boiling water for 2 minutes less than the packet says. Drain.

Heat the oil in a pan and cook the onion and pepper for 6 minutes until soft.

Add the passata, tomato purée, oregano and salt and simmer for 8 minutes.

Stir the pasta and half the pepperoni into the sauce and tip into a baking dish.

Top with the mozzarella, cheddar and the rest of the pepperoni.

Bake for 20 minutes until golden and bubbling at the edges.
