Tips
- Thighs stay juicy on a hot grill. Breasts need less time and dry out faster.
- Check the thickest part with a probe. It should reach 75 C.
- Reheat the rice only once and make sure it is steaming hot.
Storing and freezing
Cool within 1 to 2 hours and keep in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat the rice only once, until steaming hot all the way through.

Is it dairy free and gluten free?
Yes. The chicken, marinade, rice and vegetables contain no gluten, dairy, egg or nuts. Check that your arroz verde used gluten free stock.
