Put 12 paper cases in a muffin tin.

Mix the cereal, icing sugar, cocoa and coconut in a large bowl.

Pour in the melted coconut oil and vanilla. Stir well until every piece is coated and glossy.

Spoon into the cases and press down gently.

Chill for 1 hour until firm. Keep in the fridge in warm weather.
