Questions
Can I use chicken mince?
Yes. Chicken mince works the same way. Cook it until golden with no pink left, and add a splash of water if it looks dry.
Can I make it spicier?
Yes. Add more chillies, or a teaspoon of chilli flakes with the garlic. Taste the sauce first as it is already a little spicy.
Is it gluten free?
Yes. It uses the gluten free stir fry sauce and no flour.
