Method
- 1
Mix the flour, yeast, 50 g sugar and salt in a large bowl. Stir in the warm milk and 60 g melted butter to make a soft dough.
- 2
Knead for 8 minutes until smooth. Cover and leave for 1 hour, until doubled in size.
60 min - 3
Mix the brown sugar, 100 g caster sugar and cinnamon on a plate. Grease a 24 cm bundt tin well.
- 4
Pinch off walnut-sized pieces of dough and roll them into balls. Dip each in the 100 g melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon sugar.
- 5
Pack the coated balls into the tin in layers. Pour any leftover butter and sugar over the top. Cover and leave for 40 minutes until puffy.
40 min - 6
Heat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan). Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until deep golden. If the top browns too fast, cover loosely with foil.

Leave in the tin for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a plate while the caramel is still runny. Serve warm and let everyone pull off their own pieces.
