Questions
Is this curry vegan?
Yes. The madras paste and curry base sauce are plant based, and so is tofu.
Can I use extra firm or silken tofu?
Use firm or extra firm. Silken tofu falls apart in a curry.
Can I add other vegetables?
Yes. Spinach, green beans or broccoli stems can go in with the peppers.
