Questions
What is jicama?
Jicama is a crunchy, slightly sweet Mexican root vegetable, a bit like a cross between apple and water chestnut.
Can I use red cabbage?
Yes, though the dressing will turn pink and the cabbage is a little tougher, so slice it very finely.
Is this vegetarian?
Yes, the vegetables, seeds and sauce are all vegetarian. Check the soured cream label if you avoid animal rennet.
