Chocolate rice cereal nests

Line a 12 hole bun tin with paper cases.

Melt the chocolate, syrup and spread in a heatproof bowl over a pan of barely simmering water, stirring until smooth.

Take off the heat and stir in the vanilla.

Fold in the cereal until every piece is coated.

Spoon into the cases, pressing a little dip in the middle of each.

Chill for 1 hour until set.
