Method
- 1
Make sure your bulgogi marinade and pizza dough are ready (see the base recipes). Put a baking tray in the oven and heat it to 240°C (220°C fan).
- 2
Toss the beef with 90 ml of the marinade and leave for 15 minutes. Keep the other 30 ml clean.
- 3
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over a high heat. Fry the beef for 2 minutes until just cooked through, then add the clean marinade. Take off the heat.
2 min - 4
Divide the dough in two and roll each into a 28 cm circle on baking paper.
- 5
Spread each base with a thin layer of the cooked beef juices. Add mozzarella, onion, pepper, corn and the beef.
- 6
Slide onto the hot tray and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese bubbles. Scatter with spring onions and sesame seeds.

Tips
- Pre cook the beef. Raw beef would not cook through in the short bake.
- A hot tray gives a crisp base.
- Add the sweetcorn and a drizzle of mayonnaise, which is a traditional Korean topping.
Storing and freezing
Best eaten fresh. Cool leftovers within 1 hour, keep in the fridge for up to 2 days and reheat on a hot tray until steaming hot all the way through.
