Ingredients:

  • 4 large baking potatoes (Russet or Maris Piper)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 50g unsalted butter (for serving)
  • 100g mature cheddar cheese, grated (optional topping)
  • Baked beans, tuna mayo, or other favourite fillings (optional)

  • Oven preheated to 200°C (180°C fan) / Gas mark 6
  • Baking tray

Recipe:
